Marcella Royal Hotel is situated in an Umbertine style building dating from the nineteenth century. It began as a guesthouse in the 1960 s offering just a few rooms.
In 1967 Rome Provincial Tourist Board gave Marcella Royal Hotel a prize for the improvement, cleanliness, and quality of the building. In the second half of the 1970s it became a hotel, offering the very best of comfort and service.
